Scammers that take your money and give nothing in return

First I try to download game from EA ,They ask me buy monthly membership first .then I bought monthly membership then they let me download the 21 gb game.After installing i open the game inside they ask me buy that game individually.
so why the hell i have take monthly membership.
they money sucker.and total scam

Very bad for customers. Try avoid giving them any money.
Tried to cancel my sub and its very difficult. You also cant remove your paying method.
Really horrible.

This is the worst company in gaming history.
Costumer service is basiclly non existent.
They ban people for no reason what so all, and good costumers that spend hundres on their games...
Way to go dumbasses..

ea the company is trash

3 stars you know why? Because of battlefield series. Well... Except battlefield 1 and 5. I have never ever experienced so many cheaters in a shooter game. Asked the support desk to help me ban a cheater. Before i even showed proof about the guy flying and shooting through walls. He already said "thank you i will tell the team" "thanks for the information" i was so pissed cuz i have not sended even a single screenshot or video about the guy. Eventually i repeated myself and he said "thanks for contacting, have a nice day and be safe!!!" "Bye!!".
Worst support ever

The worst company I've ever came across. I've seen bad companies before but atleast they will help to sort out issue but not ea. They don't give a damn if you have errors on account and they won't resolve it. Basically my ea account had stopped working and I couldn't play online on ea games any more it asked me to reset password and I couldnt so it because the email it was assigned to has shut down and no longer exists. I've contacted ea on so many occasions and all they can say is they can't so anything and I've wasted hours and hour on alot of occasions to get this resolved I even gave them the option of linking a new ea account to my psn I'd but no they can't do that either which would be the only way this is going to get resolved, they even had the cheek to tell me to create a new psn and pay an additional ps plus subscription just to play an ea game. Never came across a company so horrendous and will never in my life buy anything from them again.

EA’s verification for madden 21 is the worst possible human verification I have ever seen. you have to rotate 5 birds in the right position and it doesn’t work at all and it’s locked me out of my game. fix your game EA this is weak

Trash company

Terrible company, everything they do is either rigged, broke, glitched or just plane bad. I hate this company with a passion I will never buy any of their games ever agin

This company was great, now it's just all expensive crap and NO imagination. $35 for one Sims 4 Expansion Pack? No way, never. Not only that, but I got EA Play and a ton of free DLC, but aside from two, TWO cheap packs, I could only get 10% off on the rest of the DLC.
